Holy Cow

Wow...this sounds soooo wonderful- AND your embedded flickr set is tre' cool. I'm coming to visit- and pig out with you two. Someday you'll have to grab your cam, jump on the train, and come out the the Forest across the river to see what we've been cooking up. Last night it was roast figs stuffed with gorgonzola, wrapped in bacon, and topped with pine nuts and balsamic reduction. Main course was penne ai fungi, with portabella, whites, and wild oyster mushrooms we picked in the woods....kiiiillllleeerrrrr. I just found some chicken mushrooms this morning...now to come up with a recipe.

This site ROCKS. And so do you.
