And the ones that don't are lining someone's pockets. Even if you scrub the entire place down twice a day there are still going to be critters, they are crawling everywhere underneath every city, it's just how nature works. I would be more concerned with the place being busy and the refridgerators being cold, to be sure you're eating fresh food. I dare you to find any restaurant without any violations.
